who am I?
I am a warm, collaborative, non-judgmental and no-nonsense therapist who creates an environment where my clients feel comfortable and supported. I will provide you with tools and strategies to support and guide you on your journey to making the changes needed to move forward.
I have 35 years of experience as a clinical licensed social worker. I have a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Social Work from McGill University. I have worked in the public and private sectors, supervising large teams of professionals including social workers, psychoeducators, psychologists, nurses, and managers.

I specialize in the autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and attention deficit disorder (ADHD), and other neurodevelopmental differences and learning difficulties.
Mental Health
I specialize in anxiety (anxiety and panic attacks), depression, post trauma (PTSD), work stress & burnout, grief & loss including non-death loss and complicated grief.
Relationships, Communication & Conflict Resolution
I support couples and families who are separated or divorced with co-parenting, step-parenting and reconstituted families.
